At Texas Mutual, our goal is to make your workers’ comp experience simple, convenient and accessible. That’s why we’re reimagining our processes to make completing your tasks faster and easier than ever. Our goal is to deliver the industry’s best service, by giving you a more intuitive system with new options that allow you to work your way. And in the coming weeks, we’ll be making additional changes to help you streamline your day.

Recently, we added an online feature called Document Center to upgrade the way you can view your policy documents. In Document Center, you can access your account history, and view, print, or save the documents you need.

We’ve also expanded our billing and payment process to make it easier for customers who have policies in other states. Now, instead of two billings, you’ll receive one combined invoice. We’ll be simplifying things for our agents, as well, with combined commissions for those with clients in other states.

And that’s just the beginning. We’ve also eliminated fees for installment payments, and designed a new 12-month installment plan for eligible policyholders. The process of applying credits to your bill is simpler, too, because we’ll apply them directly to future invoices. And policyholders now have the option of doing payroll reporting by class code rather than location.
