Spotlight:Safety Issues in Dallas

Thank you, Dallas, for the amazing turnout at our Work Safe, Texas Summit. Panelists and audience members were able to share safety best practices across industries, raise awareness about workplace safety and help employers enhance their safety programs. It’s all part of Texas Mutual’s commitment to creating a safe workplace for all Texans.

  • Tracy Merzi, Publisher of the Dallas Business Journal, moderated the panel discussion featuring Frances Davis Claims Manager at Select Temporaries Inc., Tammy Bennett, Safety and Health Manager at Darr Equipment, and Luciano Perez, Safety Manager at KPost Company.
  • Eric Bourquin, Texas Mutual’s VP of Safety Services, talked about the latest OSHA regulations and how to survive an OSHA audit.
  • Jeremiah Bentley, VP of Marketing & Customer Engagement at Texas Mutual, introduced Safety in a Box, a virtual reality app that allows users to experience manufacturing and construction’s deadliest accidents in a safe environment.
  • Woody Hill, VP of Customer Experience at Texas Mutual, talked about Technology and Innovation in the Workplace.
